Today, we remember the apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary Immaculate to Saint Catherine Labouré, which took place on the 19^th  of July and the 27^th of  November 1830, in Paris, in the chapel of the Mother House of the Daughters of Charity. This event gave rise to the Medal of the Immaculate Virgin, which people called “miraculous”. This Feast took its name from here, which Pope Leo XIII approved on July 23, 1894.

Invitatory Antiphon: Come let us celebrate the immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary; Let us worship her son Christ the Lord.

O Mary, lovingly you listen to the prayers of us mortals.

Look, we are humbly asking you to assist us continually.

O God, may the celebration of our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, 

fill us with holy joy,

Blessed be the God and Father
